• 11.1mm in length, 9.5mm in width and 6.9mm in depth
• Cut in my own fantasy heptagonal kite design
• Untreated
• Naturally occurring
• Unique attributes:  Only one!  The trade slang term is Umbalite but this term doesn't bear any weight to gem identification. This gem is purplish red with a medium dark tone and vivid saturation.  A few minor imperfections are visible but don't detract from the overall appearance. This garnet is an almandine and pyrope mix with a trace amount of spessartite. This gem is electric!!
